Having removed your old roof surface and implemented any necessary repairs, J-Conn Roofing & Repair is ready to install your new roof surface!

We will install metal drip edge, if necessary and/or required. We will install ice and water shield around all penetrations, including vents, chimneys, and skylights, and when necessary in valleys and along all outer edges. Then we will install roofing felt (tar paper), or other approved underlayment on the roof. Next, we will install valley metal in all valleys. We will also replace vents and flashings as needed. At this point we will install ventilation. We will determine the best option for your home, which may include ridge vent, turbines, or gravity vents.

Now it is time to install your new shingles. There are several styles, colors, and warranty options to choose from. Here at J-Conn Roofing, we have a fully stocked warehouse and showroom where we would be happy to review options, job details, and products. We will will help you to make the best selection for your home and your new roof.
